What to expect on the day
Morning Session
- Welcome and Introductions
- Crazy patchwork techniques explained and demonstrated
- Fabrics and colour scheme chosen by participants and bags started
Afternoon Session
- Continuing work on bags - including embroidery stitches and embellishment
What you need
- Sewing machine and usual patchwork and quilting equipment – rotary cutter, ruler, board, thread, scissors etc
- Fabric – a range of co-ordinating fabrics. Exact details would be provided in advance
- Embroidery threads - machine or hand
- Beads etc for embellishment
