"What's been going on at Patchkits?"


With the change in the weather, I've started thinking about Christmas! This year, I'd love to be organised and ready - but then I say that every year! Anyway at least my advent calendars are made (shown left). They are a quick make that you can personalise with quilting, embroidery and embellishment. The come with wadding and backing and are priced at £8.50.

 I've also made a simple wall hanging (also shown left) which can be left as it is or you can make your own with further embellishment. It comes with full instructions, wadding and backing and is priced at £12.99. It's ideal for someone wanting to try out applique as well as making a lovely gift.

 If you've recently moved house or just want to celebrate your home, what better than this lovely "Welcome" wall hanging (shown right). It comes as a panel to which I've added borders so it's easy to make even for the complete beginner. I've hung the sample in my kitchen where it gives a really cosy feel, even on the miserable days!"
